Advanced PHP & MySQL
Build secure, database-driven web applications with modern PHP and MySQL.
A self-paced virtual internship that takes you from your first line of Python to working with functions, data structures and files, ending with a small capstone program you build yourself.
Python is one of the most widely used programming languages, valued for its readable syntax and its use in automation, data analysis, web development and scripting. The Python Programming Fundamentals Internship is a self-paced virtual internship for learners who want a structured, practical start with the language.
The program is divided into four modules that follow a natural learning order. You begin with variables, data types and operators, move on to decisions and loops, then learn to organise code with functions and built-in data structures, and finish by reading and writing files and handling errors. Each module comes with written study material, short examples you can type and run, and a timed online exam that checks your understanding before you move on.
In the final module you receive a capstone project brief: a small command-line program that brings together everything you have learned. Completing it gives you a piece of work you can show in a portfolio or discuss in an interview. When you pass the module exams, you receive a QR-verifiable internship certificate that records your internship period.
This internship is open to anyone who wants to learn programming with Python. No previous coding experience is required; basic computer skills and a computer on which you can install Python are enough.
Course duration: 45 days – 3 months · 40 hours of learning
Modules unlock one after another. Pass each module exam to open the next.
Set up Python and learn how to write simple programs using variables, core data types, operators and input/output.
Outcomes: Install Python and run a script; Use variables and core data types; Apply arithmetic, comparison and logical operators
Make decisions in your programs with conditional statements and repeat work efficiently with for and while loops.
Outcomes: Write if, elif and else statements; Repeat tasks with for loops and range(); Control loops using while, break and continue
Organise code into reusable functions and store collections of data using lists, tuples, dictionaries and sets.
Outcomes: Define functions with parameters and return values; Choose the right built-in data structure; Use common list and dictionary methods
Read and write text files, handle errors gracefully and bring your skills together in a capstone command-line project.
Outcomes: Read and write text files with with open(); Handle exceptions using try and except; Plan and build a small Python program

Take the module exams in order — pass one to unlock the next. 2 attempts per module.
Reach a 70% average across all modules to unlock your verifiable e-Certificate.
Four module exams of 10 multiple-choice questions each (15 minutes per module). Pass each module with 60% and reach a 70% overall average to earn your internship certificate.
| Module exams | 4, taken in order (each module unlocks after the previous one is passed) |
|---|---|
| Questions per module | 10 multiple-choice |
| Pass mark per module | 60% (unless stated on the module) |
| Needed for the e-Certificate | All modules passed and an average of 70% or more (best score of each module, weighted by marks) |
| Attempts | 2 free attempts per module; an extra attempt costs ₹199 |
| Completion deadline | All module exams must be completed within your course duration (extension of 30 days available for ₹299) |
| Certificate release | On the end date of your course, after all requirements are met |
| Grading | Automatic, immediately after submission |
On completion you receive a QR-verifiable digital internship certificate showing your name, the program, your internship period and learning hours. Anyone can verify it online using the certificate number.

This is a self-paced virtual internship. You learn Python through four modules of study material, check your progress with an online exam after each module, and apply your skills in a capstone project.
In Module 4 you build a command-line Student Marks Manager in Python. The program stores student records in a dictionary, calculates averages and grades with functions, saves data to a text file and handles invalid input without crashing. You submit your own source code and a short README.
After you meet the exam requirements, you receive a digital internship certificate in Python Programming Fundamentals that shows your name, the program and your internship period. Each certificate carries a unique number and a QR code, so a college or employer can confirm it on the DataSquare Solutions verification page. This is a self-paced virtual internship: it does not include live mentoring, and it is not a job or placement offer.
The study material is designed for about 40 hours of learning. Your internship period depends on the duration option you choose at enrollment, and you can study at your own pace within that period.
No. The internship starts from the basics, so you only need basic computer skills and a laptop or desktop where you can install Python 3.
Each module has a timed online multiple-choice exam that you need to pass with at least 60%. You get 2 free attempts per module, and extra attempts can be purchased if you need them.
Once you pass all four modules with an overall average of at least 70%, you receive an internship certificate that shows your internship period. Anyone can verify it online by scanning its QR code or entering the certificate number.
The capstone is a command-line Student Marks Manager described in Module 4. You build it on your own using functions, dictionaries, file handling and exception handling, and you can keep it as a portfolio project.
