These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of datasquaresolutions.in and all services offered by DataSquare Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), including professional certifications, online examinations, digital certificates, subscription plans, internship certification programs and admission consultancy. By registering, enrolling or using the website you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide true, accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. Your certificate is issued in the name on your account, so please check it carefully.
• You must verify your email address before enrolling or making a payment.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person only and may not be shared.
• Users below 18 years may use the services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Courses, durations and enrolment

• Each course or certification page shows the available course durations (for example 45 days, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year) and their prices, the modules, learning hours (where applicable), exam pattern, pass marks and attempts. These details form part of your enrolment.
• You choose a course duration when you enrol. Your enrolment becomes active only after successful payment (or immediately for free certifications or enrolment through an active subscription plan). The course start date is the date your enrolment becomes active and the end date is calculated automatically from the duration you chose.
• All module exams must be completed by the course end date. Unused time and attempts expire at the end date and cannot be carried forward. Where offered, you may buy an extension before or after the end date.
• We may update syllabus content, question banks and exam patterns to keep courses current. Changes do not affect certificates already issued.

2A. Module exams and certificate requirements

• Courses with modules have a separate exam for each module. Modules open one after another: the next module exam unlocks only after you pass the previous module.
• Each module exam has its own pass mark, shown on the course page. Each module allows a fixed number of free attempts (normally 2). After the free attempts are used, further attempts are available only on payment of the re-attempt fee shown on the course page.
• Your best score in each module counts. To unlock your e-Certificate you must pass every module and achieve the required average across all modules (normally 70%, shown on the course page), calculated on the marks of your best attempts.
• When you pass the final module with the required average, your e-Certificate is issued and a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address. For internship programmes and courses marked accordingly, the certificate is released on the course end date.

3. Online examination rules

• You must take the exam yourself, without help from any other person, unauthorised material or tools.
• Switching tabs, copying questions, sharing exam content, impersonation or any other malpractice may lead to cancellation of the attempt, the result and any certificate, and suspension of your account, without refund.
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a supported browser. Answers are saved as you go; an attempt is submitted automatically when the timer ends.
• Results are calculated automatically. Our decision on results is final, but you may raise a query through Support within 7 days of the result.

4. Digital certificates

• On passing the exam, a digitally generated e-Certificate is issued with a unique certificate number, verification ID and QR code. It does not require a physical signature.
• The certificate shows your course duration, course period, modules completed and learning hours (where applicable). Anyone can verify its authenticity on our website.
• We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through malpractice, false information or a payment that was later reversed or charged back. A revoked certificate will show as revoked on verification.
• Our certificates are professional skill certifications. Unless expressly stated, they are not a degree, diploma or qualification awarded by a university or a government-recognised board.

5. Prices, offers, coupons and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout or on the receipt.
• Sale prices and coupon codes are valid only for the period, certifications and usage limits stated. Only one coupon can be used per order, and offers cannot be exchanged for cash. Sales and coupons do not apply to re-attempt or extension fees unless stated.
• Re-attempt fees and extension fees are charged per purchase as shown on the course page at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI or bank credentials.
• A receipt is emailed to you after every successful payment and is available in your account.

6. Subscription plans

• A plan allows you to enrol in the number of certifications stated in the plan during its validity period, without paying for each certification separately.
• Plans activate automatically after successful payment and end on the date shown in “My Plan”. Exam access for certifications taken through a plan ends no later than the plan’s end date.
• Renewing the same plan before it ends extends it from the current end date. Plans are personal and non-transferable.

7. Admission consultancy

• We provide guidance and information about colleges, courses, eligibility, fees and admission processes. Information is collected from colleges and public sources and may change; please confirm final details with the institution.
• We do not guarantee admission, seats, scholarships or placements. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective college or university.
• College fees, hostel fees and other institutional charges are paid directly to the institution and are governed by that institution’s own refund rules.

8. Internship certification programs

Where a certification includes an internship component, the details, duration and requirements are shown on the certification page. Completion of the internship component is subject to meeting those requirements.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, scrape or copy our question banks or content, post false reviews, or use the services for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the website — including text, syllabus, question banks, graphics, logos and software — belongs to DataSquare Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission. You may download and share your own certificate.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

We provide the services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, interruptions caused by internet or technical failures beyond our control, or decisions made by employers or institutions based on our certificates or guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Certificates already validly issued remain verifiable.

14. Privacy

Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any concern quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
