MS Excel & Data Handling Internship
A self-paced virtual internship that builds practical Microsoft Excel skills, from clean data entry and formulas to sorting, cleaning, PivotTables and charts, ending with a portfolio-ready data report.
Overview
The MS Excel & Data Handling Internship is a self-paced virtual internship for learners who want to work confidently with spreadsheets. Excel is used in almost every office, from accounts and sales to administration and operations, and the ability to enter, organise and summarise data accurately is a skill employers regularly look for.
The programme is divided into four modules that follow a natural learning order. You begin with the Excel interface, data types and formatting, move on to formulas and everyday functions, then learn how to sort, filter and clean messy data. The final module brings everything together with PivotTables, charts and simple reports. Each module includes written study material with examples and tips, followed by a timed online multiple-choice exam.
You study at your own pace, take each module exam when you feel ready and finish with a capstone project in which you clean a raw dataset and turn it into a short summary report. On meeting the exam requirements you receive a QR-verifiable internship certificate that shows your internship period.
